  • Parents with Children with Learning Difference (LD) or Special Needs - difficulty completing homework assignment not concentrating or easily distracted.

  • Language-Based Learning Difference (Dyslexia, reading backwards other language-based learning differences)

  • Executive Functioning Disorders: Challenges affected by learning differences and processing information.

  • Asperger's and a range of Autism Spectrum Disorder or high Functioning Autism or Asperger's.

  • Brain Injury or children with intellectual disabilities

  • Anxiety Disorders: students affected by learning due to anxiety in school.

  • Students with brain injury or Post Traumatic Stress Disorder

  • Sexual Identification Issues: gender issues or challenges with sexual identity.

  • Court Appears or suggested advise related to at risk behavior.

  • Students affected by bullying or bullies themselves

  • Student with a Bipolar Disorder or Mood Disorder

  • Computer or internet addiction

  • Students with low self-esteem

  • Life stage adjustment or maturity problems

  • Attachment or adoption issues

  • Failing in school

  • Students in college and not performing well.

  • At-risk students (students skipping school, delinquent, or not in compliance with school rules).

  • Experimentation with drugs

  • All children or young adults facing addiction to drug abuse with relapse.

  • Students failing in school

  • Students with concentration and problem solving challenges.

  • Children with family conflict

  • Academically challenged students

  • Developmental disabilities (all ages, adolescents through adults)

  • Disturbance in thought process or severe mental health issues

  • Children or adolescents who have made a suicide attempt or gesture.

  • Young adults with poor self-image or not motivated.

  • Unmotivated young adults atypically after high school

  • Psychotic episodes requiring some hospitalization. These students require acute care by our consultant.

  • Wilderness therapy placement or transition placement after leaving a wilderness program requiring ongoing therapy.

  • Children under the age of 5 or between the ages of 12-16 requiring supervision or support, having challenges in a traditional residential care setting.

  • Children older than age 5 and between early adolescence

  • Older teens 17-21

  • Young adults 21-25 (or older)

  • Trauma events (divorce, separation, abuse)

  • Underperforming students

  • Gifted students (performing arts, athletics or other)

  • ESL: English as a second language

  • Students with high academic potential

  • Summer boarding school placement

  • Students looking at college placement or college bound but not prepared.

  • International students or foreign exchange students seeking to study in the united states.

  • Single gender or coed boarding school students

  • Military boarding school students and students looking at military careers.

  • Students needing help in learning English (domestic or international).

  • Non-English speaking students (Spanish or English or other native language)

  • High academic students needing more proficiency in English (reading and writing).

  • GAP year students and students who take a year off delaying college for at least a year.

  • Girls or boys in junior boarding school

  • Language remediation, or needing help in English, before attending a boarding school (i.e. an exchange student looking at boarding school).
